Vanessa Jewellers is a 100% locally owned and operated Canadian jewellery retail store that has been serving Victoria, British Columbia since 1987. Our store features a show room, a jewellery repair and design centre, and a goldsmith on the premises.

Our goldsmith and owner, Wing Chan, is able create custom designed jewellery for our clientele. He creates unique hand-crafted jewellery in our store.

We take care of our own product, which is why we offer free checking and polishing of jewellery when you buy from us. We also offer a free ring resizing when you purchase a ring.

Location / Hours

Our store is located on 1286 Broad Street, between Yates Street and View Street in Downtown Victoria. Broad Street is next to The Bay Centre.

We are open Monday-Saturday 9:30am to 5:30pm.
