Loved the customer service, first and foremost and the custom engagement ring they put together was PERFECT. My (now) wife loves it. Wing did an excellent job crafting it and any questions or concerns I had during the process were answered or resolved in a clear and understandable fashion. I really appreciated the work and artistry that he put into the ring and couldn't have got something like this from any of the box or mall-based stores.

This was the second time I brought jewellery repairs up to your shop from the USA. I am just delighted with the way you removed the extra bracelet links and added them so nicely to the earrings. They look like they were that way to start with. I was just thrilled with the results of the repair on my peridot set.
